I'm so freaking excited to announce Pattern Lab 2! It's been two and a half years in the making, and Dave Olsen (@dmolsen) and Brian Muenzenmeyer (@bmuenzenmeyer) have been hard at work getting the new version out the door.

Three and a half years ago, I made the nascent beginnings of this project as I looked for ways to bring the concept of atomic design to life. It's been absolutely incredible to see Pattern Lab evolve into something so robust and capable. It's been inspiring to hear how teams all over the world are using Pattern Lab to great success. And it's been so encouraging to work with such brilliant people in such a welcoming, sharing community. I'm so excited to see what cool stuff people do with Pattern Lab 2.

Alllllllmost Done with Atomic Design
I'm literally a few paragraphs away from finishing the manuscript of Atomic Design. Chapter 5 deals with maintaining design systems and has inadvertently turned into an epic, 7,800+ word chapter. I promise it's almost done!
