Ian and I are back in Pittsburgh after a whirlwind conference tour, which felt a bit like a nerdy rock-and-roll tour. We created an album (our Subatomic Design Tokens course!) and then took it out the road (giving keynotes and workshops at the amazing UXLx and CSS Day conferences). Ian even sang a little Bon Jovi on stage!
While we were out on the road, the fine folks enrolled in our course were hard at work leveling up on design tokens. And all that hard work paid off! The Multi-All-The-Things-Organization
I just published The Multi-All-The-Things Organization, which spells out the myriad types of diversity that organizations need to support. The aim here is to spell out the thorny problems design tokens help solve.

As much as we love design tokens, this course was really just our warm up act. We are cooking up SO MUCH fun stuff and will be sharing some big announcements really soon.
