Will AI be friend, foe... or frenemy? Savior or destroyer? Handy tool or insidious intelligence? We don't pretend to know the answers to the big questions (and we even asked ChatGPT! 🤷♂️).
But here's what we do know: at Big Medium, we've been using AI to speed and improve our design system work—and help our customers do it, too. AI is quickly becoming an indispensable tool in our day to day work; the robots have become our colleagues, and we love 'em—well, mostly.
